Cross references and perspectives of various depths are a key characteristic of the site. The design therefore suggests that the urban dominance be formed by composite single plot houses. The structures offer multiple apartments on each floor and are perceived as spatially rich and fluid. The multilateral orientation of the houses strengthens the residential character of the development and ephasizes the correlations between space and view. The strict spatial separation of the dining and living room from the rest of the apartment contributes substantially to the generosity of the apartments.
